About The Meditations

It is commonly believed that each chakra
represents a different spiritual truth
that you must embody to live a life that is
secure, creative, powerful, loving, expressive,
intuitively directed, and divinely connected.

Steven's meditations are actually a series of
guided visualizations and affirmations
that have been specifically designed
to deeply seat these important spiritual truths
into your subconscious mind.

Each meditation is devoted to a different chakra,
and contains four parts:

PART ONE
This is a quick relaxation visualization.

PART TWO
This section is designed to move you
into your subconscious mind.
It contains a description of a tower
that contains seven levels . . . one for each chakra.

PART THREE
It is through the tower that you enter into
the third part of the meditation, which is a visualization
that transports you to one of seven exotic landscapes . . .
a place includes the specific colors, sights, and sounds
that are associated with that particular chakra.

A key part of the entire experience
are the affirmations that are spoken
in this section of the meditation.

PART FOUR
This section returns you
to present-moment awareness.
